As a member of ITW’s IT Vendor Management team, the Senior IT Vendor Programs Analyst will report directly to the Manager, Enterprise IT Vendor Management.

The Senior IT Vendor Programs Analyst will establish, maintain, and evaluate vendor relationships to drive value and efficiencies for our decentralized ITW businesses. Aligning priorities with Enterprise stakeholders, the Analyst will develop and support IT programs that are easy to adopt, targeted to mid-market operational needs, and deliver reliable results.

The Senior IT Vendor Programs Analyst supports vendor relationships, negotiations, and performance management for defined IT suppliers.

• Collaborate with ITW Segment and Division stakeholders, other Corporate IT team members, Legal, and other functions to identify, develop, and maintain effective IT vendor programs
• Educate and interpret IT vendor contracts for respective ITW business segments and stakeholders
• Investigate IT vendor program issues reported by Division or Corporate IT personnel and coordinate steps for resolutions, including management escalation as appropriate
• Negotiate IT vendor contract terms, conditions, modifications, and renewals while working with key stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met
• Conduct market analysis, evaluating product against business requirements, crafting the deal from contracts to pricing, preparing data for annual reviews, and driving vendor compliance to agreements (SLA’s metrics, performance monitoring)
• Utilize IT and contract knowledge to assist in driving efficiencies, value, and cost savings in contract negotiations and vendor management
• As needed, develop Statements of Work (SOW) and manage RFI/RFP/RFQ’s related to vendor programs
• Develop/coordinate Enterprise communications relevant to IT vendor programs, including new program announcements or webinars, contract changes or updates, vendor roadmaps, program terminations, etc.
