Corporate Imaging Concepts (CIC) is seeking an IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for application, hardware, and system issues. The role is hybrid, with onsite work in Northbrook, IL at least three days per week, and collaboration with the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager.
You will support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, One Drive, and end-user devices, document resolutions, and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
This is an excellent position to take on the Hybrid IT Support Technician — Windows, 365 & AD role at Corporate Imaging Concepts (CIC).
