GSG is seeking a senior, hands-on AI/ML professional for an AI Insights & Enablement Lead role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Agentic AI, data pipelines, enterprise data platforms, and machine learning modeling.

Fraud and Payments experience is highly preferred, ideally within banking or financial services.

The successful candidate will bring a strong hands-on AI/ML development and implementation background, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and support AI adoption across the organization.

• Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions.
• Build, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address real-world business challenges.
• Build and manage data pipelines supporting AI/ML initiatives.
• Leverage enterprise data platforms to develop actionable insights.
• Translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
• Support AI adoption and enablement across the organization.
• Lead technical execution of AI/ML initiatives and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.
• Apply AI/ML capabilities to fraud detection, prevention, payments, and transaction-data use cases where applicable.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Significant professional experience developing and implementing AI/ML solutions, including hands-on machine learning modeling, Agentic AI, and data engineering, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Agentic AI:
  Hands-on experience developing and implementing Agentic AI solutions.
• Machine Learning:
  Strong practical experience with ML modeling and development.
• Data Engineering:
  Experience building and managing data pipelines supporting AI/ML initiatives.
• Data Platforms:
  Ability to leverage enterprise data platforms to develop actionable insights.
• AI Insights & Enablement:
  Ability to translate complex data to meaningful business insights and support AI adoption across the organization.

• Fraud detection, prevention, and analytics experience.
• Payments technology and transaction data experience.
• Banking and financial services experience.
• Experience applying AI/ML solutions to real-world business challenges.
• Experience leading technical AI/ML initiatives in an enterprise environment.
