IAM Specialist: SSO, MFA & Access Governance

We are looking for an Identity & Access Management Specialist to help secure enterprise applications, systems, and data by ensuring that employees and authorized users receive appropriate access based on their roles and responsibilities. The professional will manage identity lifecycle processes, access controls, authentication technologies, privileged accounts, and identity governance activities.

The specialist will collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, HR, application owners, and compliance teams to establish efficient and secure identity management processes. The role will involve onboarding and offboarding users, reviewing access privileges, supporting single sign-on solutions, managing authentication technologies, and investigating identity-related security events.

• Manage user identity lifecycle processes.
• Administer role-based access controls.
• Support SSO, MFA, and authentication solutions.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and certifications.
• Manage privileged and administrative accounts.
• Investigate access-related security incidents.
• Automate identity provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams on employee lifecycle processes.
• Support IAM audits and compliance requirements.
• Maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
