Senior Manager, Data Architect

Salary: $80, per year

• At least 10 years of experience in data architecture or enterprise data engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience architecting data fabric solutions, including data virtualization, active metadata, knowledge graphs, and automated integration.
• At least 5 years of experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Big Query.
• At least 4 years of experience with data integration, ETL/ELT, and metadata and lineage tools.
• At least 3 years of experience with API and streaming architectures.
• A bachelors degree or equivalent; alternatively, at least 12 years of work experience. An associates degree requires at least 6 years of equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: a masters degree in a relevant field, hands-on data mesh or data product operating model experience, cloud or data platform architecture certifications, or experience in energy, manufacturing, utilities, or similar industries.

• Architect enterprise data fabric solutions that provide unified, intelligent, automated access to distributed data across on-premises and multicloud environments.
• Integrate data virtualization, active metadata, knowledge graphs, cataloging, and automated data integration into a connected layer for analytics and AI.
• Define scalable enterprise reference architectures, integration patterns, and governance integration.
• Enable self-service data consumption, data products, and real-time data delivery through the fabric.
• Apply data mesh and data product concepts, cloud data platforms, and streaming and API architectures to client challenges.
• Advise client architects and leaders and shape solutions for major data modernization initiatives.

Compensation varies by location, role, skills, and experience; advertised annual salary ranges are $80,400–$293,800 across the listed U.S. locations.
