Lead Infor LN Finance Functional Consultant – CloudSuite & Baan IV

CTG is seeking to fill a Lead Infor LN Finance Functional Consultant – Cloud Suite & Baan IV position for our client.

Location: Chicago, IL

Duration: 8 months

• Lead the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Finance processes across Infor LN Multi-Tenant Cloud, Cloud Suite, and Baan IV.

• Provide functional expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), costing, fixed assets, financial reporting, and period-end close.

• Manage financial integrations across procurement, sales, warehousing, manufacturing, and other ERP modules, including data mapping and reconciliation.

• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data validation, go-live, and production support.

• Troubleshoot complex functional and integration issues through transaction tracing, root-cause analysis, and configuration reviews.

• Partner with Finance, business, technical, and project stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions and drive issues to resolution.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Infor LN Finance, Cloud Suite, and Baan IV.

• Deep knowledge of financial processes, ERP integrations, and finance configuration.

• Experience with solution design, implementation, testing, data validation, and production support.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to mentor team members and provide functional leadership.

• 7+ years of hands-on Infor LN/Baan Finance experience, including Cloud Suite.

• Demonstrated experience leading ERP Finance implementations, configurations, optimizations, or support engagements.

• Experience integrating Finance with cross-functional ERP modules and resolving complex system issues.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective techno-functional solutions and deliver successful project outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
