Job Description The Data & Analytics Solution Sales Executive (SSE) is a sales role built for experienced data and analytics sellers who have the curiosity, confidence, and technical acumen to transform a customer’s business through AI, Data and Analytics. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Service Now’s D&A business and work on exciting and transformational use cases with Data & Analytics to deliver Insight to Action on the Service Now AI Platform.

People who excel at this job can lead discovery sessions, leverage value-based selling, and deliver measurable business outcomes through customer specific priorities and use cases. The SSE has the technical fluency to present, demo, and provide customers with the confidence to invest in Service Now D&A solutions.  What you get to do in this role:
Lead end-to-end D&A sales cycles as a co-prime with the core account executive, from opportunity creation through close and ongoing adoption. Own and sell the full D&A portfolio (Workflow Data Fabric, RaptorDB Pro, Data Apps, and Autonomous Data Analytics) across your assigned accounts. Develop strategic D&A account plans to position Service Now D&A solutions as foundational to a customer’s AI, real-time analytics, and data strategy with a focus on new business with existing Service Now customers.
Lead discovery, value-based conversations, technical presentations, and demos with data, analytics, and AI leaders to uncover priorities, pain points, and accelerate AI ready data modernization initiatives. Develop relationships with customer technology and data executives, including those at the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) level, as well as leaders in data engineering, data governance, and analytics, in addition to the Service Now platform owner and CIO, to increase awareness and influence.

Qualifications

What you bring:

5+ years of field sales experience with an emphasis on D&A sales, or AI-adjacent solutions preferred. Technical fluency in AI, Data and Analytics, to be able to present, demo and lead credible discovery, value positioning, and use case identification with executives, Service Now platform owners, and Data and Analytics leaders. Experience selling analytics or BI (such as Tableau, Thought Spot, Power BI, Qlik, or Oracle Analytics) or credible depth in modern data platforms, cloud data warehousing, data integration, data management and governance.

Experience selling Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Palantir, Salesforce Data 360, Informatica, or Boomi, as well as a strong understanding of the broader data market, is an advantage

Experience with consumption-based models and driving growth after the first sale.

Experience with the Service Now ecosystem, platform, use cases and target buyers is a huge plus A self-starter mindset, hands-on, thought leader that is comfortable operating in a fast paced matrixed, product, sales, and GTM environment.
