Qualifications:- Strong support experience in Unix, Oracle, Java
- Control-M/Service Now/MQ
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
- Highly flexible and adaptable to change
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Support or Development experience with MTS product knowledge
- 1. Monitor and troubleshoot application issues in production
- 2. Leads troubleshooting, analysis, and solution of unexpected systems behaviors that impact the quality of service
- 3. Liaise with stakeholders (tech and business) in problem resolution
- 4. Communicate issue/resolution status (written and verbal) to project team and management
- 5. Minor production bug fixes
- 6. Disaster Recovery and Patch testing
- 7. Data extract, reporting and Audit activity
Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
- Highly motivated, self-directed and possess solid execution skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
Skills required (must be showcased on resume):
Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, Support Experience
