Key job responsibilities include:  Lead complex technical investigations across workplace technologies, driving root cause analysis, solution evaluation, and cross-functional coordination. Partner with engineering, operations, support, and architecture teams to identify ownership, validate recommendations, and improve employee technology experiences through scalable solutions.

Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What we need:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace Technology Solutions Minimum 5 years experience in Authentication & Identity Management Minimum 5 years experience in Desktop Transformation Minimum 5 years experience in Microsoft 365

Minimum 5 years experience in  Service Now ITSM Problem Management Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) Bonus:
