Jade Global is a premier technology advisory and IT services firm delivering domain-specific, high-value solutions to global enterprises. We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Applications practice in Chicago, IL.
Position Overview
The Oracle EPM Cloud Support Specialist will deliver L2/L3 application support, system enhancements, and incident management for global client environments running Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support for Oracle EPM Cloud applications, addressing end-user inquiries, system incidents, and data reconciliation requests.
- Diagnose root causes of functional and technical issues; execute bug fixes and code optimization based on client priorities.
- Maintain and enhance application artifacts, including Business Rules, Calc Scripts, Smart View templates, forms, and Financial Reporting.
- Monitor and manage data integrations, automated routine scripts, and data loads using Data Management, EPM Automate, and Groovy.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and IT stakeholders to support monthly close and budget planning cycles.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud administration or support, with a focus on PBCS/EPBCS (FCCS, ARCS, or EDM experience highly regarded).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Smart View, Business Rules, Data Integration, and script automation (EPM Automate, Groovy, or Power Shell).
- Solid foundational understanding of core financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal business communication capabilities.
