SAP FI​/CO, FM & PS SME

We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO, Funds Management (FM), and Project Systems (PS) SME to support current SAP ECC 6.0 environments and the implementation of SAP S/4

HANA financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Finance, Funds Management, Project Systems, configuration, integration, testing, data validation, and ECC-to-S/4

HANA modernization projects.

• Serve as the technical SME for SAP Finance, Funds Management, and Project Systems across current ECC and future S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Support SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation activities, including configuration, development, testing, integration, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Partner with system integrators, IT teams, and business finance stakeholders to design and implement SAP financial solutions.
• Analyze current-state Finance, FM, and PS processes and support mapping to future-state S/4
  
  HANA processes.
• Support configuration and enhancement of SAP FI/CO, Funds Management, and Project Systems functionality.
• Support integration between SAP and external systems, vendors, banks, and related enterprise applications.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation, validation, and testing of master and transactional data.
• Develop and review functional designs, technical specifications, test scenarios, test cases, and training materials.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes and reporting.
• Troubleshoot SAP ECC issues and provide support during S/4
  
  HANA cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Support SAP Fiori transition, system migrations, upgrades, and brownfield modernization initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, training, and documentation to IT and business teams.
• Promote SAP best practices and effective change management across Finance, FM, and PS processes.

• 10+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4
  
  HANA Finance, Funds Management, and Project Systems.
• Experience with at least 2 S/4
  
  HANA implementation projects involving Finance, Funds Management, and Project Systems.
• Strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling with a deep understanding of end-to-end financial business processes.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Project Systems in ECC and S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Funds Management processes and functionality.
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Experience participating in SAP process discovery, requirements, and design workshops.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business, data, and transaction processes.
• Experience with functional design, technical design, testing documentation, process documentation, and training materials.
• Experience with data migration, reconciliation, validation, and testing activities.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent education and experience may be considered.

• Experience with ECC-to-S/4
  
  HANA brownfield migrations and cloud-based S/4
  
  HANA environments.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving banks, payment providers, Microsoft Dynamics, and external systems.
• Experience with ACH, check, digital, and real-time payment processing.
• Experience with SAP background jobs and batch processing.
• Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP GUI modernization.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and Service Now.
• Experience developing and executing test scenarios, scripts, and results using ADO.
• Experience supporting public-sector finance, budgeting, or regulatory environments.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance, Funds Management, and Project Systems certifications are strongly preferred.
