Solutions Engineer

Get customers from signed contract to first production retrieval, fast, and be the technical voice in every deal.

• Lead technical discovery and demos; scope integrations with customer systems.
• Guide implementation: API, webhooks, consent embedding, FHIR mapping.
• Write the integration guides and example code you wish you'd had.
• Be the feedback loop between customers and engineering.

• Engineering background; you can read our API docs and write a working integration in an afternoon.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Familiar with FHIR or willing to become so quickly.
• Clear writer, patient teacher.
