IT Consultant

Alpha Gov is engaging a JD Edwards Enterprise One Functional Consultant for current municipal work. A city needs as‑needed functional application consulting and integration support for JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2. We confirm scope, schedule, and fee with you before any engagement begins.
What you’ll do- Provide functional support for Address Book, General Accounting, AP, AR, Procurement, Payroll, and Human Resources
- Troubleshoot issues, configure modules, and support upgrades and patches
- Support integrations between JDE and other city systems
- Document processes and train city staff
- Contribute qualifications and past‑performance narrative to Alpha Gov proposals when you authorize naming
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a JD Edwards Enterprise One functional consultant (9.2)
- Experience with public‑sector or fund accounting in JDE
- Comfortable as a 1099 project‑based consultant
- Nice to have
- Municipal payroll / HR in JDE - JDE technical or Orchestrator integration skills
- Oracle certification
