Responsibilities
- Provide application support for Workday HCM modules, including Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Configure business processes, security policies, and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
- Gather business requirements and manage solution design, testing, and deployment.
- Create advanced reports and automate HR and payroll processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, system security, compliance, and performance.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll, Security, and Integrations.
- Experience with Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
- Proficiency in EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, APIs, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
