You will partner with the Managed Services SOC to identify and investigate malicious activity, escalate alerts, and support incident response with a skilled team using Next-Gen security tools.
You will triage alerts, investigate phishing and network threats, coordinate with owners to remediate issues, and develop automation while maintaining playbooks and SOPs.
