- Collaborate with business and planning stakeholders to gather, analyse and challenge reporting requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, data models and reporting solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations.
- Work with data from Databricks and multiple source systems to deliver reliable and consistent reporting.
- Support the development of business-oriented data models and a dedicated analytics layer.
- Implement KPI calculations, time intelligence and planning-related reporting logic.
- Ensure reports are intuitive, user-friendly and aligned with business objectives.
- Work closely with data engineers, technical teams and business users to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Proven hands-on experience in Power BI development, including dashboard design, data modelling and DAX.
- Good SQL skills and experience working with data from multiple sources.
- Experience delivering Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modelling principles and reporting best practices.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Previous experience in FMCG environments.
- Knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting or financial reporting.
- Experience with finance- or tax-related reporting requirements.
