Задачи:You optimize our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform to meet business requirements. You are responsible for understanding and solving business problems. Deep dive into user stories and monitor implementation from a business perspective. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business problems. Conduct thorough analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. Engage with users to gather detailed requirements and develop comprehensive user stories.
Translate business requirements into technical requirements and actionable plans. Monitor the implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions and ensure alignment with business goals. Work closely with developers, administrators and other team members to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular updates and gather feedback to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and analyses to support business decision-making.
At least 3 years of experience in comparable positions. Sound understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration, customization and integration management. Proven experience in developing and managing user stories and business requirements. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
