We are looking for 2 experienced SailPoint Administrators to join a long-term IAM/IGA project. This is a SailPoint administration and operational support role, not a development position
.
- Administer and support SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes
- Support access profiles, roles, policies, entitlements and access certifications
- Monitor and troubleshoot provisioning, connector and identity synchronization issues
- Support NERM (Non-Employee Risk Management)
- Manage user access within Active Directory and Entra
- Support application onboarding, entitlement management and identity data flows
- Work with IAM, HRIS, IT and application teams to resolve access issues
- Support IAM governance, compliance and audit requirements
- Maintain operational documentation and SailPoint configuration records
- 3+ years of IAM/IGA experience
- Hands-on experience administering SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Strong NERM experience
- Experience with provisioning, access governance and identity lifecycle management
- Experience with Active Directory and Entra
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Experience working in a production IAM environment
This role is focused on SailPoint administration, operations and support. Candidates whose background is primarily SailPoint development or custom engineering will not be considered.
- 100% remote
- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
- US Citizens only
- Occasional nights/weekends may be required for implementations or upgrades
