RevOps Application Manager

Reco is looking for a highly technical, hands-on Rev Ops Application Manager to join our Revenue Operations team and own the systems, automation, and technical infrastructure that power our GTM organization.

This role will serve as the technical backbone of Rev Ops, with Salesforce at the center of our GTM ecosystem. You will partner directly with Rev Ops and cross-functional leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable systems and automation.

This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator role. We need someone who can architect, build, troubleshoot, and continuously improve our GTM systems. You should be highly proficient in Salesforce Flow and Apex, comfortable working across APIs and integrations, and capable of quickly diagnosing and fixing issues when something breaks.

You will own the technical execution of key Rev Ops initiatives across the revenue lifecycle from lead management and routing through pipeline, forecasting, deal desk, customer handoffs, expansion, and renewals.

Just as importantly, we want someone who proactively brings ideas to the Rev Ops team. You should constantly be looking for opportunities to make our systems smarter, faster, more automated, and easier for our GTM teams to use.

Our ideal person doesn't wait for a list of tickets. They understand the business problem, recommend the right solution, build it, and own it through production.

• Serve as the primary technical owner for the systems and applications supporting Reco’s GTM organization.
• Own the day-to-day health, architecture, scalability, and ongoing development of Salesforce and the broader GTM technology stack.
• Build and maintain sophisticated Salesforce Flows, Apex classes and triggers, validation rules, custom objects, fields, approval processes, and automation frameworks.
• Translate Rev Ops strategy and complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design systems that support the full revenue lifecycle, including lead management, routing, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, deal desk, customer handoffs, expansion, and renewals.
• Build for scale and long-term maintainability rather than relying on temporary fixes or excessive manual intervention.

• Proactively identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes across the GTM organization and develop automation to eliminate them.
• Bring fresh ideas for automation, AI-enabled workflows, and system improvements to the Rev Ops team.
• Build intelligent workflows that improve seller productivity, surface next-best actions, strengthen pipeline visibility, accelerate deals, and improve GTM execution.
• Develop automation that embeds operational discipline and data quality directly into our systems..
• Continuously evaluate our GTM processes and technology to identify opportunities to simplify, consolidate, automate, or redesign workflows.
• Don't just execute requirements—recommend better solutions when you see them.

• Serve as the first technical point of ownership when Salesforce or other GTM systems experience issues.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve Flow failures, Apex errors, validation issues, integration failures, permission problems, automation conflicts, and data issues.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues independently and drive them through resolution with urgency.
• Build monitoring, alerts, fault handling, and error-management processes so issues can be identified and addressed before they materially impact the business.
