We are seeking an experienced Syniti ADMM Data Migration Lead / SAP Data Migration Specialist to support SAP S/4
HANA data migration and data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience with Syniti
, SAP master data, data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
The consultant will work on end‑to‑end data migration activities from legacy systems such as People Soft, BAAN, and Infor LN into SAP S/4
HANA.
- Lead and execute SAP data migration activities using Syniti ADMM
, including extraction, transformation, validation, and load. - Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and de‑duplication
. - Develop and maintain source‑to‑target and column‑level data mappings
. - Work with SAP master data objects including Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance
. - Perform source‑to‑target data reconciliation and validation
. - Identify and resolve data quality, mapping, and duplication issues.
- Support mock loads, testing cycles, cutover, and go‑live activities
. - Document migration processes, mapping specifications, issues, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with business data owners, data stewards, functional teams, and technical teams.
- 7+ years of overall IT/data experience with at least 5+ years of SAP data migration and data quality experience
. - Strong hands‑on experience with Syniti ADMM or equivalent SAP data migration tools.
- Experience supporting SAP ERP / SAP S/4
HANA implementations
. - Strong understanding of SAP master data, transactional data, and data governance
. - Experience with data mapping, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and de‑duplication
. - Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
- Ability to independently analyze and resolve data quality issues.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience migrating data from People Soft, BAAN, or Infor LN to SAP S/4
HANA
. - Experience working with business data owners and data stewards
. - Knowledge of SAP Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance data structures.
- Previous experience supporting SAP data migration mock cycles and cutover activities
.
