Managers work with the delivery and client leadership layer of theCyber

Resilience &Defense practice, responsible for helping our clients improve their capabilities in the SOC todefend against the evolving AI-enabled threat landscape.

They work on work streams or full engagement programs, bring specialized depth in one or moreSOCdomains, andoperatewith senior client stakeholders. They translate defensive securityrequirementsconcepts into clear, business-relevant narratives for director and C-suite audiences.

Manager will also contribute to the development ofthe securityoperationsmodernizationofferingsassets,accelerators,andmethodologiesto differentiate Accenture Cyber Security.

They will train and mentor junior team members on the offering and build a team that can deliver on the new capabilities and scale the offering.

• Lead end-to-end SOC modernization engagements, from current-state assessment through target-state design, technology selection, and implementation oversight

• Develop SOC maturity roadmaps, operating models, staffing models, and playbook frameworks tailored to client environments

• Lead and quality-assure threat detection engineering, triage workflow redesign, and metrics/KPI framework development

• Lead integration of SIEM, SOAR, TIP, EDR, NDR, and UEBA platforms as part of broader modernization programs
• Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to createcutting edgecapabilitiespowered by technology partners

• Build andmaintainrelationships with technology partners (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Palo Alto, Crowd Strike, Google Sec Ops) to support go-to-market efforts
• Build and scale the SOC modernization offering, including methodologies, toolkits,frameworks (NIST, ISO, etc.)and accelerators
• Serving as a trusted advisor, bring your knowledge of LLM-specific attack surfaces, including prompt injection, model poisoning, and data exfiltration vectors, with the ability to advise clients on securing AI systems deployed within the SOC
• Develop and mentor senior consultants, managers, and architects on the team

• Collaborate with adjacent domains(Cloud Security, Identity, CTEM, AI security) to bring integrated solutions to clients

• Develop strong relationships with clients and gain the trust of key advisors

• Work on the business case fortechnologysolutionsrecommended to the client

• Pitch in on Accenture sales efforts when needed

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on businessneedand client requirements.

• Minimum of 6years of experience in security operations across multiple domains
• Minimum 3 years of experience in any of the following:
  • Designing,optimizing and assessing log ingestion architectures, including normalization schemas, parsing logic, and data routing strategies that ensure telemetry quality and coverage across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
  • Experience and proven track recordof business development, including $2M+ in annual bookings or pipeline ownership
  • Experience with threat intelligence frameworks and detection engineering methodologies
  • Experienceonanyleading SIEM/SOAR platform
• Minimum of 2 years in aleadershiprole in the SOC, Security Architectureorequivalentconsulting roles
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in at least one Secure AI,Agentic coding,AI architecture, orAI governance frameworks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.…
