Demo Engineer

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Demo Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the technical direction of the demo platform and the infrastructure that supports customer-facing experiences. You will build scalable demo environments, create polished sample applications, and help ensure launches and events are backed by reliable, high-impact demonstrations. The position also partners closely with Security and Engineering teams to support safe, maintainable demo code and environments.

Compensation: $135,000 – $196,000 annually

• Set the technical vision and roadmap for the demo platform
• Design shared demo infrastructure with automated provisioning and observability
• Build sample applications to support demos and enablement programs
• Lead high-visibility demos for launches and conferences
• Drive AI-assisted tooling for demo preparation and maintenance
• Collaborate with Engineering Security on demo environments and code reviews
• Mentor junior Demo Engineers and participate in cross-functional discussions

• 5-7 years of experience in software, cloud, or demo engineering roles
• Strong background in cybersecurity and identity management
• Proficient in full-stack development using Type Script, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Python
• Experience with infrastructure as code and CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with identity and access management protocols like SSO, SAML, and OIDC
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience creating SaaS demos using platforms like Reprise or Navattic
