We operate in a collaborative, highly cross-functional environment, partnering with Integrated Marketing, Product Marketing, Data Analytics, and Technology teams across Cisco.

Lead personalization and experimentation initiatives using Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics to optimize customer journeys, improve engagement, and increase digital conversion. Partner with Marketing Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Technology teams to transform audience insights into actionable personalization strategies, reusable playbooks, and scalable frameworks for global marketing teams. Establish performance metrics, evaluate A/B and multivariate testing results, and translate findings into recommendations that influence digital marketing priorities and investment decisions.

Advance Cisco's personalization capabilities by identifying opportunities to leverage Adobe Experience Platform, AI-driven automation, and real-time decisioning to deliver more relevant customer experiences at scale.  

Minimum Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, web experience optimization, digital experience strategy, or conversion rate optimization (CRO), including at least 4 years focused on enterprise-scale web personalization.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, audience targeting, or automated personalization.
• Experience using Adobe Analytics to analyze website performance, customer behavior, and personalization or experimentation results.
• Experience developing and executing web personalization strategies or experimentation programs within enterprise digital environments.
• Experience translating audience segmentation and behavioral data into targeted web experiences and measurable optimization initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with enterprise CRM and marketing automation platforms, including Salesforce, Marketo, or Oracle Eloqua.
• Experience developing multi-year personalization roadmaps, scalable experimentation frameworks, or audience activation playbooks within complex B2B organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, communicate analytical insights to senior leadership, and drive initiatives without direct reporting authority.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled personalization, automated decisioning, machine learning applications, or emerging technologies that improve digital customer experiences. Why Cisco?
