This position involves performing digital forensic examinations on a wide range of devices and data sources, analysing evidence to uncover the circumstances behind incidents, liaising with clients, and producing clear, courtroom-ready documentation. The examiner may also testify as an expert witness in legal proceedings.
Skills & ExperienceCandidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, EnCE certification or substantial EnCase experience, and several years in computer forensics, information security, breach diagnosis, and hardware or software testing. Experience with hard drive or mechanical failure analysis and legal/insurance clients is advantageous.
