You’ll leverage your insurance expertise to actively sell solutions, hit performance targets, and deliver an exceptional client experience. ** What You’ll Bring to Our Team
*** Level 1 General Insurance License
* Hands-on insurance experience, ideally in auto or related lines
* Proven track record in sales and meeting/exceeding targets
* A self-starter mentality with strong drive and accountability
* Customer-first approach with excellent relationship-building skills
* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under pressure
* Thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment
** A Day in the Life
*** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners
* Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed sales targets
* Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more
* Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics
* Support your branch by taking calls, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to a high-performing team
** Salary Expectations –
** The expected salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
