We are seeking an experienced Auto Bodily Injury Claims Specialist to investigate and settle complex liability claims. Your work will support final dispositions, protect liability, and maintain professional standards.

• Review each file and determine the appropriate course of action, using technical knowledge to support final disposition.
• Conduct thorough investigations and keep accurate documentation of coverage, liability status, and damages.
• Process bodily injury and coverage claims in accordance with established office procedures.
• Work closely with third parties, plaintiff counsel, Claim Director, and Operating Officer.
• Research case law and statutory requirements to support claim investigations.
• Document policy status, coverage, liability, and damages on all claims; notify re‑insurer on qualifying claims.
• Prepare and present claim evaluations for settlement authorities.
• Maintain reasonable expense factors and complete other duties as assigned.

• 3‑5 years in Auto Casualty claims – a must.
• Non‑standard auto claims experience – a plus.
• Knowledge of legal and medical terminology.
• Excellent negotiation, written, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass written examinations required by state statutes to become a licensed claims adjuster.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Estimated Compensation Range: $54,750/year–$97,500/year.
