Commercial Insurance Account Specialist II

Our client, a leader in the commercial risk management industry, is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Specialist II to join their team. As an Account Specialist II, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Commercial Insurance Account Specialist II

Location: Greater Chicago Area

Pay Range: $32-34/HR + Benefits
Contract Duration: 24-Month

Job Function:

• Identify and retrieve relevant compliance documentation necessary to process renewals, invoices, and other deliverables.
• Support in initiating renewals, processing invoices, and resolving premium account discrepancies.
• Mentor and assist junior staff with complex account functions.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of outputs and client deliverables.
• Participate in office and client visits to enhance relationships and understanding of client needs.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external clients.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, output-driven environment.
• Must maintain or obtain an appropriate insurance broker's license within 6 months of hire.
