We are hiring a Trainee Auto Bodily Injury Casualty Claims Specialist at Warrior Insurance Network. No prior auto bodily injury/casualty claims handling experience is required.

At the end of a 4-6 week training program, you will be expected to successfully investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured motorist bodily injury, and medical payments claims.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Review & determine course of action on each assignment, using technical knowledge and experience to support final disposition of a loss.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and keep accurate and relevant documentation of file activity.
  • Process bodily injury and coverage claims in accordance with established office procedures.
  • Work closely with third parties, plaintiff counsel, Claim Director, and Chief Operating Officer to determine necessary investigation.
  • Research case and statutory law to conduct proper claim investigation.
  • Document policy status, coverage, liability, and damages on all claims and notify reinsurer of qualifying claims.
  • Prepare and present claim evaluations to the appropriate settlement authority.
  • Maintain reasonable expense factors.
  • Handle other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
  • 2+ years of auto liability property damage claim adjusting experience.
  • JD (Juris Doctorate) is a plus.
  • Non-standard auto claims handling experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pass written examinations required by state statutes to become a licensed claims adjuster.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
  • On-site position.

Estimated compensation: $27.88/hour – $31.25/hour. Compensation is based on experience, skills, education, certifications and geographic location.
