A leading insurance firm is seeking an experienced Underwriting Specialist or Executive Underwriter for its Excess Casualty team. This role allows for flexible hybrid work and requires experience in underwriting and market-facing skills. Candidates will be responsible for maintaining broker relationships, underwriting new and renewal business, and analyzing growth opportunities. The ideal applicant will have strong communication and negotiation skills, with a minimum of 3-5 years in underwriting.

Competitive salary range from $75,000 to $165,000 based on experience.
