PRIMARY PURPOSE
:
To handle field appraisal assignments for our corporate fleets and insurance clients with an emphasis on Auto's.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Assist quality assurance team and be available for desk appraisal work when not in the field
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Licensing
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred (not required). Licenses as needed. Professional certifications preferred. If licensing is required, must be completed within 60 days.
Experience
Four (4) years of insurance or body shop experience required.
Skills & Knowledge
- Good technical knowledge of auto appraisals
- Knowledge of client operations and labor regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CCC One
- Analytical, organizational, negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to work independently, managing local territory and schedule. Field position with travel required.

Pay Transparency: Starting pay range is $55,000 - $65,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package. Always accepting applications.
