About the Position
Our client, an established Chicago law firm with a truly high-end and sophisticated practice, has an active need for a real estate lawyer (12+ yrs of experience) to join the firm as a Partner. This firm is well-known for its collaborative work environment and has a diverse middle-market client base, with deep experience representing developers, investors, landlords, REITS, and syndicators in a wide range of real estate matters.

- Represent clients in a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and finance matters
- Work with a range of real estate clients, including developers, investors, lenders, REITs, syndicators, landlords and tenants, and brokers
- Assist with mentoring junior partners and associates and help manage real estate practice
- 12+ years of broad real estate experience from a mid-size or large law firm, or real estate boutique
- Borrower-side finance experience is a plus
- Desire for a client-facing and dynamic middle-market practice
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
CompensationThe anticipated base compensation for this position is $275,000 – $325,000.
