Attorney; Commercial Real Estate Finance

Ginsberg Jacobs LLC seeks an attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our Commercial Real Estate Finance group in Chicago. Candidates will provide legal advice and counsel to both lenders and borrowers on the financing of real estate transactions, including acquisitions & dispositions, leasing and development, as well as workouts and restructurings.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of commercial real estate lending experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A self-starter with strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Must be licensed to practice law in Illinois and in good standing
• Ability to multi-task; adaptability

Salary range starts at $220,000 per year. Benefits offered:
