• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, notices, and correspondence related to family law cases.
• Conduct legal research on case law and statutes relevant to family law matters.
• Issue and respond to discovery requests.
• Coordinate and docket court dates and depositions to ensure smooth case progression.
• Manage and organize case files and documents to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Prepare draft legal documents and file the same with the court in a timely and efficient manner.

• 2+ years of experience in family law or a related legal field.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Familiarity with legal documentation and court procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

$45,000 - $60,000 annually plus bonus potential. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Compensation is $45,000-$60,000 per year.
