About the Position:
Our client, a global law firm with a large and established Chicago office, is actively seeking a litigator with appellate litigation or clerkship experience to join the firm as an associate. This practice is nationally recognized and consistently secures precedent-setting victories for clients before the US Supreme Court and federal and state courts of appeal.

Responsibilities:
· Represent Fortune 100 corporations, state governments, educational institutions, and individuals in high-stakes litigation matters before the US Supreme Court and federal and state courts of appeal
· Assist with working on key trial-court motions and legal strategy
Required Qualifications:
· Candidates must have completed an appellate clerkship or have appellate litigation experience from a firm or in government service
· Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
· Top academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $225,000 – $435,000.
