The ideal candidate will have patent prosecution experience and be admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. A Ph.D or graduate degree in a science or engineering field is strongly preferred. Experience in intellectual property law, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio counseling is required.

Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The firm requires strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a time and energy commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
