Our client, a rapidly growing Am Law 150 firm known for its collegial and collaborative culture, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its Chicago office. • Represent clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties across multiple asset classes.
• Advise on a variety of financing and lending transactions, including secured loans, refinancings, and complex debt structures.
• Draft and negotiate leases for retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure successful transaction execution.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• 4–7 years of experience in commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
