E-Discovery Litigation Paralegal
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

About the RoleOur client, a leading law firm in Chicago, is seeking an experienced E-Discovery Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to work on complex litigation matters involving large-scale document review and case management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the e-discovery process, including data collection, processing, review, and production.
- Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with discovery protocols and deadlines.
- Utilize e-discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance) for document review and case organization.
- Prepare privilege logs, deposition exhibits, and trial binders.
- Assist with drafting and filing pleadings and discovery responses.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure adherence to litigation timelines.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with a focus on e-discovery.
- Proficiency in e-discovery tools and litigation support software.
- Strong understanding of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and e-discovery best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
