I am currently working with a leading boutique legal practice in Chicago, who are actively looking to hire a corporate partner to join their growing group.

This firm provides exceptional legal services to clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to dynamic start-ups, guiding them through complex mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate M&A Attorney to join our team as a Partner.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-stakes M&A transactions, deep expertise in corporate law, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives within the firm. This is a unique opportunity for a senior attorney to join a thriving practice and play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's future.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of experience in corporate M&A law, with a demonstrated track record of leading significant transactions.
• Bar Admission: Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong leadership abilities; excellent written and verbal communication; and a deep understanding of corporate finance and regulatory environments.
• A portable book of business is required.

• Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
• Opportunities for equity partnership.
• Anticipated Base Pay range (dependent on experience and portable book): $250k-$400k per annum
