Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Attorney – AM LAW 100

We are an AM LAW ranked law firm recruiting an Associate to join our growing Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Practice in Chicago.

• You will work closely with Partners across the firm's national practice group on a broad range of sophisticated Cybersecurity and Data Privacy transactions.
• Offer advice on high-stakes cybersecurity and privacy matters on behalf of Fortune 500 and other companies.
• The firm's clients include private equity firms and their portfolio companies across an array of industries that includes energy, finance, aerospace, defense, health care, telecommunications and transportation.
• You will work with the team on matters at a global level. This will include data protection, cybersecurity, incident response, privacy, and AI.

• A minimum of 2 years of post qualification experience handling cybersecurity and data privacy matters.
• Excellent academics.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois.
• Strong writing and case management skills.

• Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
• Anticipated Base Pay range (dependent on experience): $260k–$350k per annum.
