Our client, a full‑service boutique law firm in Chicago, is actively seeking a litigation/employment attorney to join its practice as an associate. This role offers an accelerated path to impact and growth, with a lean firm structure that allows talented attorneys to contribute meaningfully from day one and play a substantive role in shaping cases.

- Represent clients in all facets of employment law, including defending employers in federal and state courts and before the EEOC and other administrative bodies
- Manage a broad spectrum of employment and commercial litigation matters
- Provide strategic, day‑to‑day employment counseling to clients on compliance, risk mitigation, and best practices
- 3–5 years of employment and commercial litigation experience, as well as employment counseling
