Technology Transactions Associate (3-6 yrs) – Global Am Law Firm

Our client, a top-tier Am Law firm known for outstanding client service and strong international relationships, is actively seeking an IP attorney to join its Technology Transactions practice as a mid/senior-level associate in Chicago. This practice group boasts more than 200 attorneys across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia and handles compliance, counseling, disputes, and class action defense in cutting‑edge areas, such as AI, data governance, digital/transformative technologies, incident response, data privacy and security, outsourcing, and tech transactions.

• Analyze and advise on IP and tech issues in corporate transactions, such as M&A, corporate carve‑outs, leveraged buyouts, and debt financings

• Strong academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $265,000 – $390,000.
