Our client, a highly-regarded global law firm, has an active need for a capital markets lawyer to join its practice as a mid-level associate in Chicago. • Practice recognized for expertise with equity and debt capital markets transactions by leading industry guides

• Represent underwriters, issuers and placement agents in public and private offerings
• Follow-up on public offerings, private placements, ongoing SEC filing and other securities offerings
• Advise clients on a variety of domestic and cross-border capital-raising transactions

• 3-5 years of experience with capital markets transactions and SEC filing matters
• Experience with ’33 and ’34 Act matters
• Strong academic credentials

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000.
