The group’s practice focuses on strategic transactions and financings for companies at all stages of the growth cycle in a broad range of industries, as well as general corporate representation including complex commercial contracting, and corporate governance.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial team while working closely with experienced practitioners on sophisticated matters at a national level.
