Workers’ Compensation Associate

Job Summary

Amundsen Davis LLC seeks a litigation associate to join the firm's defense‑side Workers’ Compensation team in its Chicago office.

• Licensed in Illinois; one or more years of experience handling workers’ compensation claims.
• Prior experience taking depositions and attending court hearings is preferred; trial experience helpful.
• Solid work ethic, teamwork ability, and strong writing skills.

The annual base salary range in Illinois is $85,000 to $105,000 depending on experience, excluding bonuses. Benefits can be found here:
