I am currently working with a top tier insurance law practice
, who are actively looking to hire an insurance coverage partner to join their growing group in Chicago
.

• Work closely with the firm's key shareholders.
• Represent insurers and reinsurers in complex matters in state and federal court.
• The group handles an array of matters including commercial general liability, professional liability, and Directors & Officers coverage matters coming from claims involving commercial disputes, construction defects, civil rights, environmental pollution, bodily injury, and bad faith.
• Assist in the development of junior members of the group.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active state bar membership and ideally eligibility to practice law in local state.
• 7+ years of experience as an insurance coverage attorney.
• A book of business is not required but is beneficial.
• Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, wellness plans, and a 401k plan. Paid sick leave when applicable by state law.
• Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
• Anticipated Base Pay range (dependent on experience and any portable business): $200k-$300k per annum
