Technology Transactions Associate

REQUIREMENTS
Seeking an Associate with experience in commercial matters involving intellectual property, including licensing and analysis, protection of trade secrets and privacy, and development, manufacturing, tolling, supply, distribution and other service agreements. Candidates should also have significant experience evaluating and advising on IP and tech issues that arise in general corporate transactions, such as merger and acquisition, carve-out and spin off, private equity, and debt finance.
