One is pleased to be partnering with the downtown Chicago office of a highly regarded, national law firm in their search for a Litigation Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be located in Chicagoland with the ability to work fully onsite and meet the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of prior experience working as Legal Assistant in complex civil litigation matters in a law firm environment.
• Experience assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleading shells, preparing correspondence and time entry, performing e-filing, and calendaring, as well as interacting with court personnel and opposing counsel. Position requires strong MS Word skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence in an efficient and responsive manner.

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
