About the RoleA well‑established, AV‑rated transactional and litigation firm in downtown Chicago is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its team. The firm is looking for an attorney with 3–7 years of experience to handle a broad range of litigation matters and take meaningful ownership of active cases. You’ll collaborate with experienced partners while gaining strong client exposure and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- General tort matters
- Draft pleadings and motions, conduct research, manage discovery, take/defend depositions, attend hearings, and support trial preparation.
- 3–7 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Courtroom and deposition experience required
- Licensed and in good standing in Illinois
