Law firm experience and a technical degree are preferred as well as an aptitude for working on cases relating to biology, chemistry, physical sciences, engineering, or related fields. Outstanding academic credentials, patent litigation experience, and superior written and oral communications skills are required. Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they are hired.
