About the Position: Our client, a Midwest-based Am Law 100 firm, has an active need for an IP lawyer with 1-3 years of patent prosecution experience and a degree in mechanical or chemical engineering to join its Chicago office as an associate. The attorneys in this thriving practice have backgrounds in technology and scientific spaces from nearly every industry sector. The firm offers the full suite of patent services, including procurement, prosecution, domestic and global portfolio maintenance, post‑grant proceedings, valuation and transaction advice, pre‑suit investigations and opinions, clearance and design‑around options.

CompensationThe anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 – $255,000.
